A two-day extensive training on data management archiving was organized by the Society where Dr R Karthick Narayanan, Research Associate cum Digital Archivist and one of the founder members of SiDHELA trained twenty participants. In the first session, he shared theoretical information about data management and archiving with the participants followed by taking multifaceted data like songs from popular Hindi film, still photographs, videos of films and written text, he introduced important aspects of data management like – how to name files and how to create meta data.
